Flow screed floors save you time and space. They’re incredibly quick to install, with approximately 100m² laid in as little as 25 to 35 minutes. What’s more, their impressive strength means you can achieve a more robust floor with a thinner layer, making a 35mm flowing screed outperform a 75mm sand and cement screed.
Underfloor Heating Screeds
Flow screed floors are sometimes referred to as underfloor heating screeds or screeds for underfloor heating and this is where they really come into their own.
The increased strength means they can be laid at a much thinner rate, typically 50mm. This, along with their increased thermal properties, means the floor heats up quickly, saving money for the customer on energy bills.

Flowing screeds are laid using lasers and can easily achieve the standard SR2 under BS8204.
When compared to cement-based screed, a flow screed floor application has no curling edges, minimal shrinkage and a finished surface suitable for most floor coverings.
